Course Waiver and Terms:
Agata Burdziuk is thrilled to welcome you to the Inner Transformation online program (the “Program”). The purpose of this waiver and liability release is to bring to your attention the risks inherent in engaging in this Program. Please read this document thoroughly before participating. Your clicking the “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page” box on the checkout page releases any liability against Agata Burdziuk for the Program, however caused.
This Program is experiential and educational in nature, with the intention to help the Program participants in their quest for self-discovery, growth, as well as spiritual, emotional and physical well-being. The Program is not a replacement for the diagnosis or treatment of mental, emotional or physical disorders.
The Program is not appropriate for anyone in psychiatric distress, active crisis, or active addiction. It is not appropriate for anyone that is actively suicidal. If you are in distress, please consult with your doctor, therapist, or call your local crisis line (1-800-784-2433 in British Columbia, Canada).
The Program will often invite you to examine difficult topics or times in your life, to experience stronger than usual emotions, and to try out new and different practices or behaviours. Inner exploration may awaken and bring to the surface unhealed or repressed trauma and pain. While unlikely, it may invoke a crisis or cause suicidal ideation.
To participate in this Program, you need to be grounded enough to hold yourself through the emotional currents if and when they arise. You acknowledge that you are mentally and emotionally healthy enough to participate.
Should you have any concerns or doubts about your mental health and emotional wellbeing, or ability to follow along with the Program safely, we insist you act prudently and do not participate.
The Program requires that all information that is shared by the Program participants with each other and with Agata Burdziuk during the Program is kept confidential, and confidentiality continues after the Program is completed.
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Agata Burdziuk has a duty to report or warn and seek help if, during the Program, it becomes apparent that:
- A child is or may be at risk of abuse, or in need of protection; and/or
- You or another person is at clear risk of imminent harm.
Should you become suicidal during the Program, we urge you to let Agata Burdziuk know and consult with your doctor, therapist, or call your local crisis line (1-800-784-2433 in British Columbia).
Participation in this Program is solely at your own risk.
No warranties, either expressed or implied, are made on the information provided by Agata Burdziuk.
You hereby release Agata Burdziuk from all liability of loss, injury or death that may arise from participating in the Program. You assume the risks mentioned above and understand you are doing so at your own risk and forfeit any form of legal recourse, including but not limited to any form of damages. Further, you agree that these provisions apply to you, your family, heirs, executors or anyone else who may be able to bring a legal action on your behalf in the future.
The videos and all content is © Agata Burdziuk 2024. It is a crime to unlawfully share purchased videos and pdfs from courses. Agata Burdziuk retains all copyright and any unauthorized distribution will result in legal action.
REFUND POLICY
If you don't love Inner Transformation, just email us with your completed coursework from session 1 before 11:59pm PST on Sunday, February 25, 2024, and we’ll refund you, in full. If you don’t submit your completed coursework by that deadline no refund will be issued. This also applies to payment plans, which means you’ll be responsible for all payments after that date.
In the unlikely event that Agata Burdziuk is unable to fulfill her obligation to provide content and live group sessions, payment will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the portion of the course that Agata Burdziuk was unable to provide.
